Resourcing & Psychoeducation

intentional growth and healing can occur in sessions with a supportive and knowledgable therapist.

In addition to sessions, I believe that providing resources and ongoing psychoeducation to clients is a meaningful component of the therapy process.

The work we do together in sessions is essential, and the work clients accomplish in between sessions is also very powerful and effective.

Learn and grow with me by reading, following experts in the field on social media and websites, and listening to podcasts. Become passionate about your mental health and wellness!
